You may return items sold and fulfilled by CiG Power Products within 7 business days for refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging (Including the original items, documents and invoice). Incomplete packing, missing document and item may result an additional charge. Please call customer service for detail.

Online customer please fill out a request form, leave two contact phone numbers and contact our shipping agency in 5 days to arrange shipment.

CiG Power Products reserve the right for not accepting any return or exchange requests, after customer received item for 7 business days.

CiG POWER is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever and howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of the items sold.

Incorrect or Damaged Product: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you feel you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP. Please e-mail pictures that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised.

Return Authorization Required: A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact customer care ASAP to report any trouble you are having. Returned items must be received within our required days of the RMA date or the case will be closed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
